In response to Polpharma’s challenges, SEER Robotics and PROMAG jointly developed a tailored intelligent forklift solution powered by SEER Robotics’ control system.

The solution has fully automated material transportation between warehouse and production areas at the Polpharma facility. It significantly reduces the reliance on traditional forklifts, mitigates risks associated with human-machine interaction, and delivers substantial improvements in overall process efficiency and workplace safety.

Robust Design, Outstanding Performance

The standard model intelligent forklift provided by SEER Robotics supports a maximum lift height of 3 meters and a load capacity of 1,400 kg. With a chassis width under 1 meter, the forklift is well-suited for navigating the constrained environments typical of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Safety and Compliance Assured

Designed with a strong emphasis on safety, the solution meets the stringent requirements for traceability and operational discipline in the pharmaceutical sector. The intelligent forklift is CE-certified, complies with European safety standards, and integrates high-precision laser SLAM navigation, multi-sensor fusion, and intelligent obstacle avoidance algorithms—ensuring comprehensive protection for personnel, goods, and products.

Deep Integration for Smart Collaboration

SEER Robotics also provided the M4 intelligent logistics management system, which enables seamless integration between the intelligent forklifts and factory infrastructure such as access control, elevators, and call systems.
The M4 system is deeply integrated with Polpharma’s WMS and ERP systems, delivering end-to-end visibility and lean management of material flows, and offering real-time data support for decision-making.
