In response to the above pain points, based on SEER Robotics's M4 smart logistics management system, Volkswagen FAW Engine has realized real-time synchronization of product information and paperless management throughout the process of "Warehouse-Machining Center-Finished Products-Buffer-Assembly". The system accurately records the location, status, and circulation trajectory of each material, completely bidding farewell to the cumbersome and error-prone paper records, and realizing full-process traceability.
The system supports unified scheduling and management of various types of robots and intelligent equipment, seamlessly connects with the upper-level business system, and can automatically optimize material storage locations according to production priorities to maximize the utilization of buffer area space.
The entire process of automated operation does not require human intervention, effectively reducing the management burden and cost of personnel, avoiding the safety hazards brought by robots shuttling in the workshop, and making the production process more controllable.
Based on this system, the material record accuracy rate of Volkswagen FAW Engine has reached 100%, and the tracking efficiency has increased by 80%, comprehensively improving the level of digital construction.
