SEER Robotics Launches Embodied Intelligent Forklift, with Embodied Controller + Robotic Dog Development Solution Released Simultaneously

On May 15th, following the world's first integrated embodied AI controller, SEER Robotics unveiled another global first: the Embodied Intelligent Forklift. This innovation brings theory into practice, driving the large-scale application of embodied AI in industrial scenarios and leading industrial robotics into the era of embodied AI.
Embodied Intelligent Forklift: The Evolution to Agents
At the core of the Embodied Intelligent Forklift is a complete "brain + cerebellum" perception and decision-making system. It pioneers the integration of multi-modal models such as multi-layer semantic maps, end-to-end navigation, and VLA (Vision-Language-Action). Cutting-edge technology ensures the forklift not only delivers industrial-grade reliability but also significantly enhances generalization capabilities.
1、Multi-layer Semantic Maps
Constructs a high-precision fusion perception system incorporating 3D point cloud layers and environmental semantic layers. This empowers the forklift with natural language multi-task interaction, enabling it to quickly and accurately perceive most objects in a scene, expand application scenarios, overcome technical limitations, and achieve industrial-grade reliability and scenario generalization.
2、End-to-End Navigation
The first end-to-end navigation system in the robotics industry, integrating perception, prediction, planning, and control modules within the system. It supports direct mapping from raw sensor data to forklift control commands, enabling the forklift to navigate any indoor environment in real-time without predefined paths.
3、VLA/Reinforcement Learning:
Combines the VLA model with a reinforcement learning framework, trained on real-world data from industrial forklift operations. This enables continuous autonomous optimization of operational strategies, improving recognition and grasping success rates while enhancing the forklift's generalization capabilities.
