Traditional automated guided vehicles typically rely on magnetic strips or fixed guidance routes. The SCB-1400 uses laser SLAM, which can directly locate and perform navigation tasks based on a map without the need for magnetic strips. The device has a navigation and positioning accuracy of ±10mm, a minimum turning radius of 1299mm, and is equipped with 360° multi-layer safety protection. When manufacturing workshops or warehousing areas need to adjust transportation routes, the renovation of fixed guidance facilities can be reduced. Compared to handling robots that can only transport goods horizontally on the ground, the SCB-1400 integrates autonomous navigation, pallet identification, fork handling, and lifting functions into a single device. With a rated load of 1400kg, a standard lifting height of 3000mm and an adjustable fork width of 400–700mm, it can transport pallets and complete three-dimensional cargo space access, reducing manual handover between different handling links.
Production directors, plant operations managers, and logistics managers of automotive manufacturers can use the SCB-1400 to transport engine parts, metalworking parts, and other palletized materials. The equipment can travel between raw material warehouses, processing workshops and finished product warehouses, and undertake automatic handling and stacking work, reducing manual forklift turnover between different processes.
The SCB-1400 is suitable for warehousing managers, production logistics supervisors, and automation project leaders in electronics manufacturing plants. After completing the on-site planning, the equipment can use autonomous navigation and multi-sensor obstacle avoidance to distribute palletized materials between the production workshop, material warehouse and line warehouse, reducing repeated transfers and workstation waiting.
New energy battery companies can use the SCB-1400 to transport battery materials, components, and palletized finished products. Supply chain directors, workshop logistics managers, and equipment procurement supervisors can combine autonomous navigation, pallet identification, and existing warehousing management processes to arrange material transportation between production and warehousing areas.
For warehousing centers and third-party logistics companies, the SCB-1400 can perform repetitive operations such as pallet entry, cargo position adjustment, shelf access, and outbound transportation. The equipment has a rated load of 1400kg and a standard lifting height of 3000mm, making it suitable for warehouse managers, operations directors and automated procurement supervisors to adjust the operating process of frequent manual forklift scheduling and dispersed handling tasks.
