The Automatic Guided Vehicles SCB-1400 by SEER Robotics uses laser SLAM navigation. Compared with traditional automatic guided vehicles that rely on fixed magnetic stripe routes, there is no need to lay down magnetic stripes to define the driving path. The equipment has a navigation and positioning accuracy of ± 10mm, a minimum turning radius of 1299mm, and is equipped with multi-sensor safety protection. It is suitable for manufacturing and storage environments where material transportation routes need to be adjusted and personnel and equipment cross-pass. Compared with automatic guided vehicles that only carry out horizontal transportation on the ground, SEER Robotics SCB-1400 has both 1400kg rated load and 3000mm standard lifting capacity, and can carry out pallet handling and stacking operations. The 400-700mm adjustable fork outer width and intelligent pallet identification function are conducive to reducing manual intervention caused by different pallet specifications and making the connection between production line distribution and warehousing operations more smooth.
Production Director, Plant Manager, Logistics Manager, and Automation Procurement Manager at an automotive components factory. Suitable for enterprises that require pallet transportation between the raw material warehouse, processing workshop, finished goods inspection area, and finished goods warehouse. According to the requirements of station dispersion, frequent feeding and logistics route adjustment, SCB-1400 can be evaluated to undertake automatic handling and pallet stacking tasks.
Operations Manager, Head of Production Logistics, and Smart Manufacturing Project Manager at an electronics manufacturing plant. Suitable for production workshops with a large number of workstations, frequent raw material deliveries, and complex manual transportation logistics. For the use of standard pallets for material transportation, the automatic guided vehicle can connect the material warehouse with the production station, and cooperate with the scheduling system to arrange the handling tasks.
Supply chain manager, workshop logistics supervisor, and equipment procurement manager at a battery materials manufacturer. It is suitable for the pallet transportation of battery materials, parts and finished products between the storage area and the production area. It can be selected around the handling load, fork adaptation, automatic stacking and in-plant equipment collaboration to meet the needs of production logistics automation transformation.
Director of Warehouse Operations, Head of Logistics Projects, and Procurement Manager for Warehouse Automation. Suitable for warehousing facilities with frequent inbound receiving, storage location transfers, pallet stacking, and outbound distribution. Through automated handling equipment to undertake repetitive pallet transport tasks, and combined with warehouse orders and cargo space management process, reduce the dependence on manual forklift scheduling.
