Forklift Robot Product Comparison Advantages

Traditional automated guided vehicles typically rely on magnetic strips or fixed guidance routes. The SCB-1400 uses laser SLAM, which can directly locate and perform navigation tasks based on a map without the need for magnetic strips. The device has a navigation and positioning accuracy of ±10mm, a minimum turning radius of 1299mm, and is equipped with 360° multi-layer safety protection. When manufacturing workshops or warehousing areas need to adjust transportation routes, the renovation of fixed guidance facilities can be reduced. Compared to handling robots that can only transport goods horizontally on the ground, the SCB-1400 integrates autonomous navigation, pallet identification, fork handling, and lifting functions into a single device. With a rated load of 1400kg, a standard lifting height of 3000mm and an adjustable fork width of 400–700mm, it can transport pallets and complete three-dimensional cargo space access, reducing manual handover between different handling links.

The SCB-1400 can recognize different sizes, colors, and partially wrapped palletstrays. With the adjustable fork width, manual alignment and pallet adjustment can be reduced, making it easier to handle the flow of different materials.
Can be used for multi-layer shelf access
With a standard lifting height of 3000mm and a minimum turning radius of 1299mm, pallet stacking can be completed when the passage conditions meet the requirements, reducing reliance on manual forklifts.
Multi-station tasks can be dispatched uniformly
By using autonomous navigation functions in conjunction with intelligent logistics software, pallet transportation, cargo space access and equipment replenishment can be arranged according to production tasks, reducing duplicate dispatching and manual scheduling.

Forklift Robot User Manual

Pre-job inspection
Before starting the equipment, check the battery level, forks, emergency stop button, LiDAR and other safety guards. Confirm that there are no obstacles in the transport passage, and that the weight of the goods and the size of the pallets should also meet the equipment requirements.
01
Mapping and route configuration
Professionals use the accompanying software to complete laser SLAM mapping and set up pickup points, unloading points, driving lanes and safety areas in the map. Before official operation, it is also necessary to verify whether the navigation path meets the requirements for on-site operations.
02
Perform transport tasks
Tasks are dispatched through a configured scheduling system. Upon receiving the instruction, the SCB-1400 will proceed to the pickup station on its own, identify and fork the pallet, and then transport the goods to the designated location along the set route.
03
Charging and maintenance
During operation, pay attention to the device status and remaining power, and arrange automatic charging or manual charging as required. When an anomaly is detected, the shutdown process should be followed according to safety procedures. Forks and sensors also need to be checked regularly.

Forklift Robot FAQ

Q: What are the load and lifting height of the Forklift Robot SCB-1400?
A: The rated load of SCB-1400 is 1400kg, the load center distance is 500mm, and the standard lifting height is 3000mm. At standard lifting heights, the equipment can maintain its rated load capacity and can be used for pallet transport and multi-layer stacking that meet load requirements. During actual loading, the center of gravity of the goods, pallet structure, and on-site safety conditions must also be checked. It is not possible to determine whether the goods can be transported based solely on their total weight.
Q: Does the SCB-1400 require magnetic strips to be laid on the ground?
A: No need. The SCB-1400 uses laser SLAM for autonomous navigation, senses its surroundings through LiDAR, and combines it with established maps to complete positioning and driving without relying on magnetic stripe guidance. When deploying for the first time, on-site surveying and mapping are required first, followed by site configuration and safety verification. The transportation route can also be adjusted according to on-site needs after it is put into use.
Q: Which palletstrays can the SCB-1400 identify?
A: SCB-1400 supports open and closed pallets, and can also be adapted to rack pallets, cage pallets, two-way fork pallets and four-way fork pallets. The equipment can identify different sizes, colors, and partially wrapped or damaged pallets.\ The outer width of the fork can be adjusted within the range of 400–700mm. Whether the pallet can be used directly still needs to be confirmed based on its actual size.
Q: What are the requirements for warehouse access in SCB-1400?
A: The SCB-1400 has a body width of 1196mm and a minimum turning radius of 1299mm. When using 800×1200mm pallets and placing the 1200mm edge in the direction of the fork, the right-angle stacking channel width is required to be 2684+200mm. When planning passageways, the size of goods exceeding the pallet, on-site obstacles, personnel clearance space, and safe distance should also be taken into account.
Q: How long can the Forklift Robot SCB-1400 run continuously?
A: The SCB-1400 is equipped with a 25.6V, 200Ah lithium iron phosphate battery with a combined range of 6–8h. Charging from 10% to 80% takes about 2 hours and can be done manually or automatically. The actual battery life will be affected by the weight of the cargo, the distance transported, the driving frequency, the number of lifts and the on-site environment, and the charging time can be arranged according to the work shift.
Q: Can the SCB-1400 be connected to the existing warehouse management system?
A: Integration can be achieved according to project needs. SEER Robotics provides robot controllers, scheduling systems, and intelligent logistics software that can work in conjunction with warehouse management systems, manufacturing execution systems, and related automation equipment to manage automated handling tasks, cargo space flow, and equipment operation status.
