SEER Robotics Enters Strategic Partnership with SiEngine Technology to Accelerate the “Super Brain” for Embodied Intelligence
Recently, SiEngine Technology, a leading provider of high-performance automotive-grade and industrial chips, and SEER Robotics, a globally leading platform-based embodied intelligent robotics company, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
The two parties will jointly build an integrated “automotive-grade chip computing power + industrial robotics algorithm” platform across industrial automation and embodied intelligence. The partnership aims to deliver high-performance, highly reliable, and rapidly deployable embodied intelligent robotics solutions for the global market, further advancing the development of the embodied intelligence “super brain”.
Under this collaboration, SiEngine Technology will provide its “Star” and “Longying” series automotive-grade high-performance chips. These will be combined with SEER Robotics’ deep expertise in robot brain control systems, mobile robots, embodied intelligent robots, and software platforms.
Together, the two companies will develop a mass-production benchmark for embodied intelligent robotics that is suitable for complex industrial scenarios, continuously upgradable, and globally deployable. Both sides will also leverage their respective ecosystem advantages to jointly expand markets and optimize supply chain capabilities.
In the future, the most significant transformation in robotics will be the ability to understand the physical world and reliably complete closed-loop tasks in real time. SEER Robotics has established capabilities across AI compute, Robot OS, workflow orchestration and scheduling, simulation and real-world data, and model development.
To further enhance AI computing power for embodied intelligent robots, SEER Robotics has chosen to collaborate with SiEngine Technology. The goal is to leverage automotive-grade high compute performance, high bandwidth, and high reliability chip capabilities to strengthen the embodied intelligence brain, thereby accelerating the large-scale deployment of embodied intelligent robots in a systematic way.
SEER Robotics Founder and CEO Zhao Yue commented:
“Our collaboration with SiEngine is not about ‘replacing a chip,’ but about strengthening the underlying foundation of robotic intelligence upgrades. A large model alone is not an embodied intelligence brain. A true brain must be composed of chips, control systems, real-world scenario data, and models working together. What SEER aims to build is not a single robot product, but a complete embodied intelligence brain foundation that connects control systems, software platforms, robot ecosystems, and real-world applications.
We believe that by introducing automotive-grade, high-reliability computing power, SEER Robotics will accelerate embodied intelligence from demo-level validation to rigorous industrial deployment and large-scale adoption.”
SiEngine Technology Founder and CEO Dr. Wang Kai stated:
“The partnership between SiEngine and SEER Robotics marks a key step in extending SiEngine’s capabilities from in-vehicle computing to industrial edge intelligence. SiEngine’s high-performance chips provide a solid computing foundation for AI algorithms and are a critical enabler for AI to truly operate in the physical world and drive autonomous robotic execution. We look forward to enabling more intelligent devices with powerful ‘Chinese silicon’ through this collaboration.”
SEER Robotics is a globally leading platform-based embodied intelligent robotics company with one of the most comprehensive robot product portfolios in the world. The company has ranked No.1 globally in intelligent robot controller market share for three consecutive years. Its core business includes controllers, mobile robots (AMRs), and embodied intelligent robots, providing intelligent robotics solutions to over 2,100 companies across 20+ industries worldwide.
SiEngine Technology is a leading provider of high-performance automotive-grade and industrial chips. It is among the first domestic chip companies in China to achieve full-stack SoC coverage from intelligent cockpit to autonomous driving. In 2025, it ranked first in domestic cockpit chip shipments for passenger vehicles priced under RMB 400,000.
SiEngine is extending its core technologies into industrial robotics and embodied intelligence, aiming to become a core engine of the edge intelligence ecosystem based on automotive-grade chip foundations.
