The First “Robot Brain” IPO Is Born! SEER Robotics Officially Lists on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

HONG KONG, June 24, 2026 — SEER Robotics (Stock Code: 06106.HK), an industry-leading embodied intelligence robotics platform built around its proprietary “Robot Brain,” officially commenced trading on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) today. This landmark listing makes SEER Robotics the first-ever “Robot Brain” stock on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The global offering comprised 10,497,300 shares (prior to the exercise of the greenshoe option). Following the clawback mechanism, the public offering allocation was adjusted to 2,099,500 shares, with the international offering comprising 8,397,800 shares. The offer price was set at HKD 101.6 per share. The IPO raised HKD 1.067 billion pre-greenshoe, reaching HKD 1.226 billion upon full exercise of the greenshoe option, implying an initial market capitalization of HKD 11.227 billion.

In his keynote address, Zhao Yue, Founder and CEO of SEER Robotics, stated:
“Standing at this new milestone, we remain steadfast in our belief that by relentlessly deepening our ‘Robot Brain’ technology, we can systematically lower the barriers across the entire robotics lifecycle—from development, manufacturing, and acquisition to deployment and usage. This will fully unleash the productivity and creativity of the industrial chain, accelerate the inclusive adoption of intelligent robots, and truly realize our vision: All Robots. One Platform. Fully in Your Control.”

As a rare, commercially viable embodied intelligence play in the Hong Kong market, SEER Robotics attracted intense institutional demand during the offering period. Eight cornerstone investors subscribed for an aggregate of HKD 462 million, representing 43.34% of the offering. Hillhouse led the cornerstone tranche with a commitment of HKD 118 million, followed by other notable institutional investors including Yuanbao, 3W, GF Fund Management, Ruihua Investment, Zhonghe Capital, Yishao, and ACCF Capital.
Three Consecutive Years as the Global Leader in Smart Robot Controller Sales
This robust market competitiveness continues to fuel SEER Robotics’ financial trajectory.
According to China Insights Consultancy (CIC), SEER Robotics ranked No. 1 globally in smart robot controller sales for three consecutive years from 2023 to 2025, pushing its global market share up to 25%. Concurrently, its global ranking in industrial intelligent robotics shipments climbed from third in 2024 to second in 2025, capturing expanded market share and consolidating its industry leadership.
In 2025, SEER Robotics delivered stellar year-on-year revenue growth of over 30%. Its core business segment, the “Robot Brain” (controllers), maintained a commanding gross margin exceeding 80%, driving the company's consolidated gross margin to 47.4%. Backed by a highly resilient profitability framework, SEER Robotics stands out as one of the rare embodied intelligence enterprises that seamlessly bridges cutting-edge technology with scalable commercial viability.
Data Flywheel Generates an Unreplicable Competitive Moat
In an era where embodied intelligence concepts are proliferating, SEER Robotics defines the true “Robot Brain” through large-scale, real-world deployment. Rather than relying on a single isolated model, the company delivers a comprehensive embodied intelligence system capability powered by closed-loop data, authentic industrial scenarios, and multimodal models.
Over the past several years, SEER Robotics has pioneered a real-robot data strategy. Through massive robotic deployments in real-world industrial environments, the company has accumulated an unparalleled asset of cross-scenario, multi-task, and multi-embodiment datasets. To date, robots powered by the SEER Robotics brain have been deployed in over 1,000 factories across more than 20 industries.
This large-scale commercialization has forged exceptional customer stickiness, a substantial base of reference clients, and high repurchase rates. Capitalizing on this, SEER Robotics has successfully operationalized a self-reinforcing data flywheel: “deployment → data feedback → closed-loop training → model iteration → expanded deployment.”
As the industry converges on the consensus that embodied models adhere to scaling laws, the continuous influx of high-quality, real-world production data is driving an exponential evolution of SEER Robotics’ model capabilities. This multi-dimensional data asset, distilled directly from complex industrial frontlines, establishes a formidable, scale-backed data moat that late entrants will find nearly impossible to replicate.
Championing Open-Ecosystem Long-Termism: Making Intelligent Robots Accessible to All
Since its inception, SEER Robotics has been anchored by its core mission: “Drive a more open, diverse era of intelligence, making AI robots accessible to all.”
The company pioneered the world’s first commercially scaled open platform for intelligent robots. By delivering standardized, modular, and open foundational capabilities, SEER Robotics removes technical barriers, empowering the entire industry to co-evolve.
Embarking on its journey as a publicly traded company, SEER Robotics remains committed to technological innovation and long-term value creation. The company plans to further expand its penetration across general industrial sectors while collaborating with global partners to foster a thriving, open robotics ecosystem.
