Signode President Visits SEER Robotics to Deepen Automation Collaboration
Matt Madeksza, President of Signode, visited SEER Robotics this week, marking a further step in the collaboration between the two companies. The visit brought the two teams together to review the progress of their ongoing cooperation and discuss the next phase of collaboration in intelligent robotics and automation solutions.

Extending Automation from End-of-Line Operations to Warehousing
Signode’s established strengths include strapping, stretch wrapping, protective packaging and related packaging equipment.
Its automation capabilities have expanded into end-of-line automation, robotic palletizing and depalletizing, conveyor systems, AMRs, AS/RS and warehouse management, creating a broader automation offering that extends from the end of the production line into warehouse operations.
Within this process, mobile robots can connect production and warehousing by enabling autonomous material movement between different operational areas.
This is where the capabilities of Signode and SEER Robotics complement each other.
Why Signode Chose SEER Robotics
Signode selected SEER Robotics primarily for three reasons: software openness, product diversity and customization capabilities.
As Signode serves a wide range of end customers, its automation solutions need to be configured according to the requirements of each project. This creates a strong need for robotic platforms that are open and adaptable.
SEER Robotics’ open software system allows Signode to further develop its own middleware.
Its broad robot portfolio supports a range of applications, while its customization capabilities help address the specific requirements of different end-customer projects.
Together, these capabilities enable Signode to integrate robot solutions into its broader automation offering according to project needs.
From Product Procurement to Solution-Level Collaboration
The cooperation between Signode and SEER Robotics has progressed from individual product procurement to solution-level collaboration.
The two companies have already applied this model across multiple end-customer projects.
Following the recent visit, both sides will continue to explore further cooperation across additional products, projects and regional markets.
