Pallet stackers are essential equipment for factories, warehouses, and production floors where pallets, skids, or totes need transporting or racking. They lift loads onto elevated storage like racking or shelving, making them ideal for environments without loading docks or large forklifts. Designed for tight spaces, electric stacker forklifts allow operators to navigate narrow aisles easily. Their compact size, high lifting capacity, and operational flexibility provide a smart alternative to larger forklifts, perfect for facilities seeking a versatile pallet stacking solution for daily logistics.
Our autonomous stacker forklift features the SRC series core controller for integrated control and scheduling. Equipped with advanced sensors including 3D obstacle avoidance, safety bumper strips, and distance sensors, it delivers 360° all-around safety protection. With a 3-meter lifting capability, it efficiently handles stacking tasks for open pallets, material cages, and racks. The stacker forklift is fitted with a 270° navigation laser and a 360° obstacle avoidance laser. The front body includes a surround bumper strip, while the fork tip has two ranging single-line photoelectric sensors. Its drive system combines F2A, Kinco, and 1253 components, enabling speeds up to 2 m/s. Powered by a 24 V / 173 Ah battery, it supports continuous operation for 8 to 10 hours.
