Integrated core control management

Built-in SEER Robotics self-developed a highly integrated core controller to achieve the unified integrated management of the chassis, vision, and lifting system to ensure that the forklift in the dynamic and static composite scene is highly stable, from the source to eliminate the traditional multi-component splicing caused by the occasional communication delay.

High-precision natural navigation technology

Advanced laser SLAM natural navigation is adopted to completely get rid of the dependence on manual marks such as magnetic stripes or two-dimensional codes, and the navigation positioning accuracy can reach ±10 mm. Even in a complex industrial environment with frequent changes in layout, the optimal driving path can still be flexibly planned.

Intelligent pallet and carrier adaptive recognition

Based on a deep learning algorithm with a visual camera, it supports adaptive fork correction within the range of 30 degrees and can still accurately fork when facing the skewed rack or pallet, effectively avoiding docking collision accidents caused by traditional manual placement irregularities.

All-round and full-link safety protection

The whole system comes standard with multi-level safety. LiDAR and mechanical edge contact, creating a 360-degree three-dimensional obstacle avoidance protection system with a braking distance of no more than 30 cm at a driving speed of 1 m/s and supporting dynamic obstacle winding when encountering sudden obstacles, thus greatly reducing the accident rate of traditional forklifts.

Efficient battery life and fast battery replacement

Support in 2 minutes to complete the rapid manual battery replacement to ensure continuous, uninterrupted operation of the vehicle. With a dedicated fast charging station, it only takes 1 to 2 hours to charge the battery from 10% to 80%, greatly improving the comprehensive attendance rate and comprehensive scheduling efficiency of the vehicle fleet.

Visual deployment and minimal maintenance

Through powerful Roboshop and other one-stop visual implementation tools, non-professional technicians can also complete map construction and complex logic configuration in a few days.
